Kyle’s @KyleSUFCSheff #Charity #Boxing Challenge in aid of @MindCharity #mentalhealth

Kyle was diagnosed with Borderline Personality Disorder back in 2012, finding everyday tasks a struggle, finding it difficult to control his emotions on a day-to-day basis.

One of the key factors in Mental Health is to be able to balance stress and your emotions. The capacity to recognize your emotions and express them appropriately helps you avoid getting stuck in depression, anxiety, or other negative mood states. Having trusted people you can turn to for encouragement and support will boost your resilience in tough times. Kyle though it would be a great idea to volunteer for this event as it will not only be helping others but very beneficial for his own health too.

In order to maintain and strengthen your mental and emotional health, it’s important to pay attention to your own needs and feelings. Don’t let stress and negative emotions build up. Try to maintain a balance between your daily responsibilities and the things you enjoy. If you take care of yourself, you’ll be better prepared to deal with challenges if, and when, they arise.

I am training & taking part in a CBC for Mind – The Mental Health Charity because I have Mental Health and live my life with BDP

I’m taking part in a boxing event that will take place in August, it’s going to have to be solid training for me from now up untill the date and ill make sure I put my 100% effort.

Its going to be hard work but I know I can do it and the journey and experience on the way will be great. All I’m asking is could you donate as little as £1 – Me and all the Mind charity are very thankful for all support given

Mind is a mental health charity. They believe no one should have to face a mental health problem alone. Always here for you. Today. Now. Whether you’re stressed, depressed or in crisis. They’ll listen, give support and advice, and fight your corner. Please support Kyle in this event, Thank you.
